In addition to selecting the design and color/finish, we offer 2 additional options:

• 3 HANGING CONFIGURATIONS:

1. Hanging hardware pre-installed - at the back of the panel are 2 heavy duty D-Rings. These are spaced 21.0 inches apart. Using a level, measure 2 points on the mounting surface, install wall anchors if required, and two #8 or #10 screws. Then, hang the piece, stand back and....wow! This is our default.

2. Pre-drilled holes into the face of the panel. We can laser cut 4 holes into the face of the panel for no additional cost. Just specify this in the comment section at time of purchase.

3. No hardware or mounting holes. Ideal for Customers looking to mount the panel within

• 2 PANEL CORNER CONFIGURATIONS:

1. Rounded corners. This is our Default.
2. Straight corners. The edges will be laser cut at 90 degrees. Please select this in the Comments

OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS:

Our panels are manufactured completely in Virginia. We start out sourcing steel from local Suppliers. The designs are manufactured using 16 Gauge Carbon Steel which is laser cut to ensure maximum accuracy. After cutting, the metal is prepared for coating by degreasing, sanding, and pretreatment. We do this on every piece to remove surface contaminants and mill scale in order to achieve the best possible surface for coating adhesion. The panel is then powder coated completely (front to back) to the manufacturer's specification. Unless specifically requested, we do not leave any metal uncoated.

COLORS:

Our Panels are powder coated using Super Durable and Polyester powder coatings. There are plenty of colors to choose from including Solid Tones, Metallic and Transparent finishes.
- Solid Tones are opaque and hide the base metal completely. These colors are consistent in most types of lighting.
- Metallic powders are solid tones with metallic flakes in the coating. Like automotive finishes, when viewed from different angles, the metallics within the powder will produce a glitter effect in various lighting.
- Transparent powders are formulated to allow the base material to show through the coating. This results in a very unique finish whereby the metal sanding and preparation marks are enhanced by the coating which results in multiple color shades and patterns across the part. Transparent candies will typically fade over time but never rust.
- PLEASE NOTE: Due to natural variations in pigmentation, slight differences in color are to be expected. The color you see on your screen will not match your order exactly. Factors which influence perceived color differences include placement in natural or artificial lighting, exposure to sunlight at various times of the day, and proximity to lighter or darker surfaces. For the most part, the color differences are slight and well within acceptable standards.


PACKAGING:

It is important that each panel reaches our Customers in the best possible condition. We use high quality foam inserts, cardboard packaging and strapping. Each package is shipped UPS ground across the United States and Canada.

- Each part is hand processed in our facility. Despite our best efforts to minimize flaws in the finish, any minor imperfections in the metal or finish are considered normal. Please keep this in mind when planning for the intended display locations for these hand-made art pieces.
