Refund policy
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Carefully review your shipping and billing information for accuracy before submitting your order. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proofread your order information before finalizing.

Damages and issues
If your item came damaged, please save your packaging and send us an email or give us a call right away. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Shipping / freight damage will be handled on a case by case basis.
Refund on damaged products.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What are your production lead times?
Our custom made flags and panels have a production lead time of 7-14 business days. Your order will ship as soon as it is ready and a tracking number will be provided through Shopify.
Please note that ordering on a weekend, or holiday may extend your lead time by a day or 2.
