This is a single layer metal flag which is available in one of several color options. Comes with hidden hanging hardware on the back of the flag, All you need is screws or anchors/screws.
Our Flags are cut on a US Made CNC Fiber Laser. We use 16 gauge cold rolled carbon steel and refinish in a super durable powder coating which allows our flags to safely be displayed outdoors. The entire flag is powder coated front and back. Powder coating is much more durable than paint and typically has a lifespan of 15-20 years.
After cutting, we degrease and prep the surface to receive the coating, which is cured in a high temperature industrial oven. At 400 degrees, the powder coating forms a strong bond with the steal. After inspection, we carefully pack the flag in professional packaging to ensure minimal risk of damage during shipping.

RAW UNFINISHED STEEL IS NOT COATED AND WILL RUST INDOORS AND OUTSIDE. IT MAY RUST DURING SHIPPING. TO PREVENT THIS, IT WILL NEED TO BE SANDED AND COATED IN A CLEAR COAT OR SOME OTHER DURABLE PAINT FINISH.
